Our Motto: Don't Search, Find
A website is often like taking a trip into a large, strange city: there is an infinite amount of things to discover, something interesting here and something quite unusual there.
After a while you might have completely lost your sense of direction. We are your tour guides on the Spreadshirt website. We tell you exactly where you are, what you can do and where you have to go in order to do what you want.
We give you directions on your journey through www.spreadshirt.net with labels, menus and help topics.
We do this because …
We know that it is very easy for a visitor to get lost in a website, which often leads to an end to his visit. Therefore, we try to give you all of the information that you need and to speak your language.
With such a large and steadily growing site like Spreadshirt, this can be quite the challenge. We are constantly banging our heads together and brainstorming for ways that you can find your information faster and understand everything easier.
Simply write us an e-mail and tell us what can be done better!
A Friday with your Friendly Spreadshirt Content Team
- 8:58 a.m. - Andreas is the first to arrive on Content Island. Surprise in the inbox: the Terms & Conditions must be updated. The changes have to be on the page and in customer e-mails by 12! Well, well…
- 9:37 a.m. - Rolf has decided to finish the area for Bulk Orders today: Adapt the inquiry form, upload pictures, create links, tidy up the layout. CMS is up and running - off we go!
- 10:05 a.m. - Bardo arrives with breakfast. Dave makes some fresh coffee. The morning is saved.
- 11:22 a.m. - A new feature has gone online. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best timing and Thomas' carefully formatted delivery table was overwritten. He'll have to start from scratch again.
- 1:05 p.m. Apparel Assortment shows up looking serious. Four new t-shirts are being offered starting Monday and the product description translations into Dutch, Danish and French are still missing. Bardo immediately contacts the translators and collects the texts.
- 2:42 p.m. Up to now it was a pretty quiet day. Dave comes back from the kitchen with a fresh coffee and wants to work on his concept for the new structure of the FAQ area. Suddenly it's raining tasks and jobs. All departments tend to send the Content Team wish lists on Friday afternoons: two messages must be updated in the Partner Shops, a link isn't working in the footer, Service wants friendlier return conditions in the FAQs and Human Resources would like to publish 3 new job posts. The concept for the FAQs will have to wait.
- 4:00 p.m. Team meeting. Rolf presents his new campaign page for the Direct To Customer Department, Andreas reports about the current status of the Terminology Project and Thomas proudly presents the finished delivery table 2.0. Dave brings in some fresh coffee.
- 5:23 p.m. The Terms & Conditions were actually not ready to go on line. Our legal expert sneaks up on the Content Island and lays the new revisions on the table. We were lucky that the texts weren't handed over to the translators yet.
- 6:14 p.m. What's new in the colourful and exciting world of the web? Bardo wanders through the net searching for new ideas. What do you think about a scavenger hunt through the FAQs or videos instead of bulky texts. We'll stay on the ball
