Ecommerce Website Product Manager (f/m) in Berlin or Leipzig
In 2010 we will be rapidly improving our site usability, functionality and marketing to drive the business forward. As one of our product managers you are responsible for the strategic vision and management of a specific area of customer experience and our business. You are a passionate customer-focused evangelist and know precisely how to reach objectives and goals by prioritizing customers needs, and turning them into corporate action. Working closely with our engineering, marketing and content teams, your actions will have a significant impact on Spreadshirt’s customers and business.

Your Tasks in Detail
- Understanding the customer's needs and prioritizing according to our business objectives,
- Supporting partner projects and sales requests,
- Driving usability studies for new and existing customer and partner flows,
- Taking ownership of platform bugs and minor issues in specific product areas,
- Providing business case for evaluation of change and new feature requests as well as monitoring success of projects after launch,
- Creating organizational action,
- Managing projects from the initial concept and requirements, through the build and the rollout onto the platform,
- Managing communication of new features together with Marketing and PR
Your profile
- 3+ years of industry experience of product management for web based applications, preferably in e-commerce. Strong grasp of technical concepts in the platform/web services space,
- Desire to drive great customer experience, by building high-quality, innovative products,
- Proven ability to take a product from beginning to end (ideation, detailed requirements, development, launch),
- Ability to think strategically – competitive/customer needs analysis and strategy development,
- Strong influencer with demonstrated leadership ability across cross-functional teams. Comfortable working with Senior Management,
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial - can take a problem and run with a plan to define and implement a solution,
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
Of advantage
- Familiar with web analytics and business intelligence,
- BA/Bsc prefered, Master degree/MBA a plus
