How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?
Most orders leave our facility within 24-48 business hours after the order has been submitted and paid for.
Prerequisites for fast production:
- Payment in full to our account (pre-payment)
- Complete and correct payment information (credit card payments)
- Correct statement of purpose (order number) on bank transfers
- Complete shipping and billing addresses
- No problems with the design
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post. Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery time .
