Can I change or cancel an order?
You can easily edit or cancel a new order, as long as it has not already been processed by us.
If you wish to know whether your order has already been processed, view the order within your 'Order Summary' (simply click on the link within your 'order confirmation' e-mail that you will have received from us.) As long as you order is marked as 'Wait' or 'New', you can easily cancel it.
