Spreadshirt headquarters is located in Leipzig, Germany. In April 2006, the entire crew moved into the Technology Center "GaraGe" on Karl-Heine-Strasse. A spacious 1000 square metres of office space is now available to the employees.

The work is divided between departments. IT works on the online platform and the Graphics department is in charge of illustrations. Customer Service takes care of customer satisfaction while Marketing is dedicated to find new ways to increase Spreadshirt's popularity. Accounting is left with the numbers.

Young and motivated people from around the world make for an unconventional and international atmosphere. Even the coffee machine needs English instructions. A flat hierarchy structure as well as room for creativity and individual control fuel the ideas that make Spreadshirt so successful.

Over 250 employees work in the various departments and are spread out in offices in the USA, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Great Britain.
