Alright guys we have a special contest that’s already started on the French side of laFraise, and yes you guessed it, the theme is SUPERHEROES. We want your own personal superhero. Please no references to exisitng superheroes for obvious copyright reasons!
Now what SUPER prizes do we have for you SUPER designers?! (Yep that was very corny, but I haven’t slept yet so give me a break) Well there will be 2 winners chosen, each receiving 1500 EUROS!

For the most part 99% of the artists on laFraise use Adobe Illustrator, which is easily the standard in the industry.
The following a are a few tutorials to help the beginner tshirt designer and even possibly teach the pros a trick or two.
Keep in mind these tutorials are fairly basic, and nothing beats getting in there and playing around, but they can help fine tune those skills.

Well lastnight I did one of the most nerdy things I’ve done in awhile, I went to a Dunny trading party . Now if you are unfamiliar with what Dunnys are, they are a series of 3inch vinyl toys released every few months by a company called Kidrobot
Each series features artists from around the world including 123klan, Mad, Frank Kozik, SuperDeux, Tim Biskup and Huck Gee to name a few.

That’s right, we are springing a new contest on your guys! The theme of this one will be “Peace”. Submissions open August 29th (today) and end September 12th, and we will announce the winner September 21th, which just happens to be the “Day of Peace”. Now the idea of this one will be a peace sign, but not a standard peace sign, we want it to be stylized. I’ll include some examples for you guys of what I mean and of what sort of styles we are aiming for.
