What is a vector graphic and what does it do?
Vector graphics can be made in a graphic programme such as Coral Draw, Adobe illustrator, Macromedia Freehand or Inkscape.
Unlike pixel graphics which are made out of points, vector graphics are made by mathematical curves . Meaning it is possible to enlarge pictures without losing quality.
Note: please submit all vector graphics for printing in one of the following formats: .eps, .ai (up to version CS2,) or .cdr (up to version 11).
For those who need help creating their design as vector graphic we recommend our tutorial . Who doesn't feel like creating a vector graphic himself could leave that for our graphic service .
