Why do you lengthen the delivery times around bank-holidays and Christmas?
Before major celebrations and bank-holidays we tend to get inundated with orders. We therefore ask for your understanding, if our normal superfast processing times need to be slightly extended.
We will of course, get your order ready and sent as soon as possible. Please be aware that delays in the postal service and other influences out of our control can also lengthen the time it takes for your order to arrive at your door.
Please take note of our Christmas delivery deadlines. Products ordered and paid for by 15th December WITHIN Germany will be put in the post by 18th December – arriving with you before Christmas does. Orders made from outside of Germany need to be placed and paid for by 8th December so we can get them in the post for 11th December and therefore at your door before Christmas.
