Why do you lengthen the delivery times around bank-holidays and Christmas?
We usually receive a large amount of orders before holidays. We ask you to please understand that the processing times may take longer than normal.

Of course, we strive to process your order and ship as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have no influence on external providers' delayed delivery times .
Note: the guaranteed delivery time refers only to payments made by credit card or direct debit.
For bank transfers or PayPal, we can only begin printing your shirt once we have received payment. This is usually 3-7 extra days for online bank transfers.
