Do I have to pay value-added tax on my order?
Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the displayed price for all countries inside the EU . For countries outside the EU (e.g. Norway or Switzerland,) VAT is in addition to the price displayed.
If the country the product is shipped to is different from the country where the invoice is sent to, then the tax rate of the “shipped-to-country” is decisive. As a commercial customer, you may be able to show the Spreadshirt invoice to local Finance Offices. Finance Offices will accept these receipts as they list Spreadshirt's sales tax number on the document.
Spreadshirt does not refund value-added taxes.
