The approved design is larger than the design I submitted. Why?

Vector graphics must meet certain minimum requirements before they can be printed. Line width is a very important minimum requirement: all elements in a design must have a minimum line width of 1.5 mm; the space between elements must be at least 1 mm wide.

Elements and lines which are smaller than this minimum requirement are very difficult to print. Additionally, they do not adhere well to the shirt and can easily fall off.

To avoid rejecting design because they have elements which are too small, we increase their size within the printable area until they have reached the necessary line width. The printable area for most products is 30 x 30 cm.
