Can I change or cancel an order?

You are able to cancel a new order , as long as we have not started to process it.

If you would like to know if we have begun to process your order, simply go to your orders overview . You can cancel an order without difficulty, as long as the order is marked as new or waiting .

Changes to your order after we have started to process it are not possible, as the ordered items have already begun production. If you would like to edit or make a change to your order, cancel the respective order immediately, as long as the order is still marked as new or waiting . Then you can take your time edit the contents of your order and simply re-submit the order.
