It’s always enjoyable seeing fellow artists do things that I don’t have the time or patience… or even the talent for. Nicolas Burrows is one of those artists.
Julien Vallee is one of those artists.
Olena Shmahalo is one of those artists

V8: Arcade is a remake of the classic V8 series of vehicular shooters by Luxoflux/Activision from the late 1990s: Vigilante 8 for PS1/N64 (1998) and Vigilante 8: Second Offense for PS1/N64/Dreamcast (1999).
Vigilante 8: Arcade will be available for download on Xboxlive starting November 5th. The game has obvious limits because it’s downloadable but it’s got a load of content packed into it nevertheless. The game was developed by Isopod Labs and Activision.
Now you are probably wondering why I’m doing a post on this game, well I handled the characters, user interface, and the vector modeling of the vehicles and weapons. The characters etc. I did almost 2 years ago now, yeah it’s been that long…
I did not do the website or layout contained within, so any flaws you find on either websites, I promise I’m not responsible :)
You can checkout the Activision official website for the game here and the official full quality trailer here

Just found this video the other day by the design studio Evaq the song is called “I Wasn’t Made For fighting” and it’s by the wonderfully electric Woodhands mmmmmmm.
Other videos by Evaq include Fast Cars & Lets Get Ready To Crumble (the Woodhands video is by far their best though)
You can view the lower Youtube quality of the video below..
Well it was a great contest, a large amount of solid submissions. Picking the winners on this one was not easy, so many to choose from.
We narrowed it down to 3 winners though, they are:
My Little World by Kool_Keith
Eat Me! by Short
and The Big Eater of Tree by oBrunoMota
Each winner gets 1500 Euros and a prize pack from VinylAbuse along with each getting their design printed in a limited run of 500 tees.
Great work guys, it was a great contest and big thanks to VinylAbuse!
(if you didn’t win this time, dont give up! we always have the classic ongoing contest along with 1-2 sponsored contests a month, keep it up!!)

The ffffound.com Mondays are getting rather random, I should start coming up with a different theme each Monday. Ideas?
…I’m not even really sure what to say.
The key parts are at 33 seconds and onward.
The decision came in, and was balanced on a few different fields (such as votes, coments, etc.) before it was chosen by the sponsor.
The winner of the peace contest is…
Untitled by Go0onie

Well it’s been about a month since I’ve had a chance to work on a personal design. I finished this one a few days back. I’m fairly happy with this one, no set plan for it yet, just needed to get some design in. And of course I’ve decided to share with my chums here at laFraise. More detail here
