Is there an express option for my delivery?
Express Service
For very urgent orders, we offer the express delivery option. If your order is to be delivered to one of the countries listed here , you can choose the Express option by activating the checkbox in the ordering process. For deliveries to other countries, please contact our Service Team.
Express orders which are received before 10:59 p.m. GMT (11:59 p.m. CET) will be produced and shipped on the following business day. They will be delivered in the UK two days later.
For example (UK deliveries only): you order your shirt on Monday evening before 10:59 p.m. GMT (11:59 p.m. CET.) Our production will print your shirt on Tuesday morning and ship it that very afternoon. The shirt will then be delivered on Thursday.
Note: If one of the reasons mentioned below is true, the delivery may be delayed.
Information on additional express shipping costs to various countries is listed here under "Express". Prices for express shipping to countries not listed in the table depend on the weight of the goods.
Reasons for a possible delay of the delivery:
- If your order contains products which are printed with digital transfer designs, the express delivery will occur on the business day following the intended delivery date.
- If you pay for your order using prepayment, your order will enter production only when we receive the amount in our account. Usually, the intended delivery date will thus be postponed by at least 3 days. Please ask your bank about the terms and conditions of an urgent money transfer, if necessary.
- If there is a public holiday between the ordering and the estimated delivery day, the delivery will be postponed by one business day.
