Your key responsibilities:
- Planning resources to meet customer delivery requirements,
- Supervising, motivating and coaching a production team,
- Monitoring individual, team and processes performance,
- Controlling the workflow to maintain the highest quality of the products and customer satisfaction,
- Temporary staff recruiting activities in coordination with the HR Department,
- Planning and coordination of employee trainings and further development,
- Report to the plant director.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Min. 1 year's relevant experience carrying out a similar role within a production company,
- Technical degree required,
- Communicative use of English/ German and Polish,
- Strong organizational, time management, leadership and relationship building skills,
- Good IT skills,
- Pro-active, flexible, open-minded and humorous.
