Your key responsibilities:
- Optimising processes, structures and tools in our warehouse
- Planning, supervising and coordinating goods traffic
- Controlling and improving the state of the warehouse
- Supply chain monitoring and management
- Implementing and modifying operations in the warehouse
- Team leadership
- Creating reports and statistics about logistic processes in the company
- Constant cooperation with other departments and the company’s division in Germany
Your skills and experience:
- Degree in logistics, transport, economics
- At least 2 year’s relevant experience in a similar position, ideally within a production company in a fast-moving environment
- Being able to communicate in English/German and Polish
- Very good knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
- Knowledge of a ERP system is an advantage
- Excellent team management skills with proven success
- High level of MS Office literacy (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Be self-reliant and effective
- Be highly motivated and humorous
- Have a driving licence (B)
