Action needed after uploading my SVG or AI

I cannot upload my design as SVG or AI, I merged my design, combined to paths. But it is still not working. I tried attaching my design as SVG here in the forum, but it does not allow we to upload my svg here.

I got a step further now. on the SVG options I changed CSS properties to presentation… Now it uploaded,… It did not immediately go to action needed,… but after 10 seconds… back to action needed.

I often find, that it only accepts 3 colours in the whole design, even if you have different layers.
