Hi,
I have uploaded my design on Spreadshirt for the Marketplace. While my design has been succesfully published, I’m unfortunately not able to preview it. When I click on preview it brings me back to the overview instead of to the actual shop like my other designs do. I also can’t find my items by looking it up on search for this defect preview, which means the design isn’t actually published? Does anyone have an idea on what I could do to fix this?

there seems to be a bug with some published designs. I will forward this issue to the colleagues and it will hopefully be fixed soon.
it happen again since yesterday , i think it happen in German and UK.
Same here, Germany, since 3 days! Is there any open ticket internally?

we switched some servers on friday which is the reason why there is a delay with your uploaded designs. We hope that this will be fixed unti tomorrow. Please be patient a little longer.
