Credit $0, and didn’t receive my payout

I got my payout in 16/9, And the credits were zeroed, and I don’t get my money, I don’t receive anything at my PayPal, and I got my second payout and I don’t receive anything too, I contacted service@spreadshirt.com, and they said “I will get in touch with accounting and will get back to you” and it’s been 12 days without reply, I HOPE YOU HELP ME
