And besides us, thereās a load of other shops that are messed up now. I googled some shops and all of them have the same problems.
Iāve used Spreadshirt for a long time - so long, that I remember how good the customer service used to be. Compared to what it is now; no answers, blaming the shop owners.
Soon Iāll just move my shop to some other service provider. This is getting too frustrating.
You need to upload the design again.

This is a bug we are still working on a weāre hoping that a fix for this issue will be live within the next two weeks.

Iāve provided you answers to all your questions and have not once blamed you for anything. Trying to help where I can. For some of the issues I also need to ask for support, which is why itās taking a little longer. The migration project is extremely complex and weāre all giving our best here.

I understand. Iām just trying to say that your assumption is most likely wrong as I didnāt have any āalmost identicalā products in my shop. There might be ones now, as Iāve tried to fix these problems. Thatās why I asked some examples. Because if you think this is because of what weāve done, youāll probably wonāt solve the actual problem.

I donāt like to link here other peoplesā shops, but if you like to I can email some links to whatever email you like to. The problems seem to be the same; some are still fine, but some of the graphics have dropped from the chest level to belly level. And some graphics that have been white on black shirt, are now black on black shirt. And the biggest bug you have with this new platform is that you canāt fix anything. If youāll try to fix these, youāll end up creating double shirts, etc. And trust me, Iāve tried everything.
Maybe the ones who have created this new shop platform donāt want to admit to you just how badly they fucked up this and come up with excuses and think this is because of what we do with our shops.
Okay, so now I understand why the graphics have changed colors. Itās because, like you said somewhere, people now have to upload one graphic in multiple colors if they use it it different colors. So thatās why so many people have black graphics on black shirts now. All the graphics that were set to be white or whatever color, are now black because thatās the color they were uploaded with.
But why has some of the graphics dropped from chest level to belly level? That I donāt understand. And why I cannot even delete those messed up shirts?
This is a bug. Itās going to get resolved in the next 10 days! Weāre really sorry about this inconvenience and I absolutely understand your frustration about not being able to delete products.

But can this āgraphic droppingā problem really be because changed printing areasā¦?
I mean, I have these regular t-shirts on my shop that now have both print locations; up in the chest, like I want them to be + down in the belly area that I donāt want.
Hereās an example:

On the link you gave, it seems that the printing area on t-shirts didnāt change that much. Only the lower area of the shirt is now off-limits, but all my problems are related to prints that were previously on the chest area. And as seen from my example photo above, those shirts are still up in my shop.
The only semi-solution Iāve come up with is to delete all the graphics, upload them again, and re-design every product in the shop, and hope that it works.
And after several days, Iāve now uploaded all the graphics again and re-designed all the products. And that worked. So for everyone out there who donāt want to wait these bugs and problems to be fixed, re-upload and re-design. That will do it.

unfortunately, there are always winners and losers in major changeovers. Migration is also a major challenge for us. If the majority of our partners lose, we as a company also lose, so we try to find solutions that work for this majority. Unfortunately, it is impossible to arrange things in a way that is beneficial for everyone.

OMG my shop has just been totally messed up! Logo placements wrong, colours wrong.
And WHERE can I add new products, delete or edit existing ones?
This is a nightmare - why do they have to change something that isnāt broken.
I have just spent 3 hours and got nowhere.
