Does the designer keep the rights to their design in Spreadshirt design contests?

Hi, I read the full terms and conditions to the spreadshirt design contests, but I couldn’t see a part about this. Does the designer keep the rights to their design in Spreadshirt design contests? In other words, if a design wins, would the designer keep getting the design-price profit from every design sold after the contest?
