I’m Dutch but I understand German fairly good (but I can’t really write in German) so sorry for writing in English.
Irrelevant keywords for designs are very annoying for both customers and designers. Searches bring up many irrelevant designs, which I hate as a customer. And as a designer my design with relevant keywords is harder to find by customers when irrelevant keywords are used. So I might sell less because of it.
I think it should be a rule in the ‘code of conduct’ for every account that no irrelevant keywords may be used. Because if it is made clear that we don’t want irrelevant keywords, then it gets easier to adress it. For instance, there could be a sentence by the keyword input field that states that irrelevant keywords are not permitted.
If it’s some accounts that use irrelevant keywords for designs all the time, then it shouln’t be too hard to confront those accounts. I assume the legal departement can easily see which designs belong to which accounts and then adress those accounts, instead of dealing with each separate flagged design by itself.
There are instances where Spreadshirt already takes action against accounts for unwanted behaviour, so why not make irrelevant keywords part of those rules?
