Hi there,

I want to edit my address in my seller account but I can’t edit because I got following notification in personal information page that ‘We need to verify your address before we can pay you. Please contact Customer Service’

Ahoy @ViralFlair,

as the notification mentioned every adresschange needs to be verified. So the best way would be to contact customer service. Just write an email to: partner@spreadshirt.net.

You could also ask the colleagues to change your adress there.
