Problems uploading white design

Hi there,
I am new here and struggling with uploading my designs. They are white on a transparent background. All .ai files are systematically rejected and if I convert to a .svg file the colour will turn black when the file is uploaded.
Unfortunately the graphic service from Spreadshirt was of no help at all.
Does anyone recognise this issue? And most of all does anyone know the magic trick to upload a white design on transparent background??

Hi Camille,
I do not have problems uploading white designs. Can you save it as .png ?

This is how I do it. Never had problems with it changing to black or anything

I thought I actually had the same problem with .png but that was just a question of not knowing how to use the site well. Anyhow, I solved the problem with shear stubbornness :wink:

Sometimes it’s just a simple thing and all works, I am glad you can now upload in the color you want :grin:
