Hi, I have a design that was instantly published to the marketplace for the main language I selected.
However, for the other languages it is still in review. Can I make it instant publish in those languages by providing my own translation?

not - that wont make a difference. The Design will only be available on other countries after the full check is done. This can take 10-14 days due to the massive uploadvolume of all designers every day.
