Selling country of uploaded designs

Hello all,

I’ve got a question about the selling country, that’s to say the county(ies) my designs are available for sale.

When I upload a new design, it seems that I only have propositions of keywords in my native language. Does it means that if I don’t put key words in English (or any other language) my designs won’t be found in foreign countries ?

If my designs are sold abroad, is there any place to find metrics about that sales, country by country, in the partner back-office ?

The keywords are translated automatically - it’s vital that you add them in the language required. Otherwise the translations won’t work.

@Alex-Spreadshirt, maybe you have an additional cent or two for this? :slight_smile:

Regarding your statistics, you can see the destination country of your sale but that’s all. Any additional metrics/analysis you’d have to conduct yourself by exporting the csv-files.

If you are registered in France, you would have to type in all your design names, description and keywords in French other wise the translation fails. This is also true if you have designs with English text.
I kow this can lead to confusion.
