I’m designing 2 different model t-shirts with different png designs front, back and sleeves. But no matter what I do, I can’t get any design on my sleeves. Whenever I go to the upload tool once on the front or back of the shirts I’m making, I can upload and place all the designs fine - but as soon as I am on the sleeve and go to the upload tool, all uploaded files are greyed out and I get a message that the design can’t be uploaded (no reason given).
The shirts I’m trying to design are men’s slim fit t-shirt and ladies premium t-shirt. It’s really annoying that I can’t get anything on the sleeves, I’ve tried 3 different browsers, tried clearing cookies, even made my png file into an svg. But nothing helps. The tool seems to be broken when designing the sleeves.
Can anyone help fix this somehow??
