Hi. How long does it take to verify Motifs? I’ve had Verification in progress for five days now. Identifier number 211281454

If you are a starter it can take some days for the whole reviewing process. A time of 10 - 14 days is normal.

Unfortunately, this isn’t just the case for starters. One of my uploaded designs has been saying “Under review” for four weeks.

The responsible team currently has quite a significant backlog. We changed the limit of daily uploads in hope that the waiting time will soon return back to the regular 8 days.

There’s also a recurring bug in the import tool: if a keyword is ever banned, the design validation blocks well beyond the 14 days. To remedy this, there’s only one solution:

  1. Saving the design layout on the products so as not to start all over again;
  2. Import the design a second time and apply the design layout you saved;
  3. When choosing keywords, avoid the problem word or choose a synonym.

Then it works, and you can validate your design much more quickly!
