can someone please explain why I’m now getting a message saying my files too big but it’s the same size as previous ones and then I’m shown a page which says it can fix it but it will cost me, why is that please!

Hello Rico the designs are rich, yoga, skool and smile but I’ve now opened a dot com shop and I got the same message after uploading 22 designs it refused the 23rd and showed me the same message of a picture of a teddy bear that looks a bit bruised so please can you help?

I can only guess as I need more information. i would guess that the 23rd design doesnt meet our requirements.
Is it alsways the same design you have issues with?
You could send it to me via pm. I will write you a message and you can answer on it to provide a link or something similar. I could check if the issue is on the design or not.
