Hello everyone, i’m curious if anyone knows how to get a design onto the sleeve of an product. I have been trying for the past few hours but it is not working. I am using a AI file that is 12x12px so it should be fine. Anyone that can help, plz let me know bc I am going crazy over it haha.
you can only upload vector files on sleeves, bit since you are using an ai file it should be fine. 
Please send your request and the design id to partner@spreadshirt.net. I am sure my colleagues are able to help you with this.
