Background Colour Fill on products

Hi,

I’ve uploaded some designs with transparent backgrounds, which work on t-shirts etc where there’s already a base colour.

But for other products (mouse mat, mugs, masks, etc) where you’ve got a print-all-over area, I can only set the background to white (whereas other print shops would let me set a background colour for these products.)

Is there a fill button that I’m missing? Do I need to upload multiple versions of the same design (a transparent bg one for tees, and a bucket-fill background one for other products)

Yes, if you want a specific background color, you must upload your design with that color.
But why does your design need a background color if it works with a transparent background? Is it a white design?In that case I would probably just create a second variant in black or with a high-contrast outline.
