Broken link in product feed

Hi, I entered the html code to integrate the shop into an html page (WordPress is installed on my domain - I don’t use the plugin).

In the Facebook showcase, and on the Instagram tags when clicking to buy, users are redirected to an error page (error 404).

Example:

http://test.it/shop/#!/hgcatmf+d+removebg+preview-A5d5efb84e44742618ea5ee5b?productType=631&sellable=ZbJXZ3q7jDtEDa42kdYw-631-8&appearance=1 - Work fine in website.

Product Feed:

http://test.it/shop/hgcatmf+d+removebg+preview-A5d5efb84e44742618ea5ee5b?productType=631&sellable=ZbJXZ3q7jDtEDa42kdYw-631-8&appearance=1 - Missing the “#!” in URL.

How can I fix this?

What feed url are you using? Maybe you clicked on the pushState toggle by accident or without knowing what it’s doing. It shouldn’t be set to true.

Hi Lena, the “pushState” button is disabled

Your settings within the Shop admin seem to be ok. Same for the shop itself.
But we could not find a FB-Shop or shoppable products at Instagram, therefore we cannot really follow the journey wherein the errors should appear.
Please provide any helpful infos in here. Also the used feed URL is.
