Hi there, just trying to upload my very first design - a 4000x4000 pixel design well under 10mb, and I’m getting an error. The upload status window pops up and I get an error message “We’re sorry, and error has occurred” … not a great first impression of the platform. I can’t see what I’m doing wrong.
I’m getting the same thing…(not my first design but I am pretty new here).
Oh, mine is on the US platform. But the same issue.
