Hey everyone, hope that you’re doing well. I just started on Spreadshirt, however I am a past customer. I noticed for the past couple of months that anytime I’m on my WIFI at home, I can’t see not only my own designs, but anyone elses on the entire website. Each mockup is a crashed image. When I turn off WIFI on my phone, and go on cellular data, I can see everything just fine. My laptop, desktop also don’t show images when using WIFI. I don’t have this issue on any other websites to date. Any idea as to what’s going on? Obviously I can’t work on cellular data each day.

This issue is definetly a network issue on your side. Either the speed of your WiFi is too slow or it’s your settings. Therefore, we cannot help you from our side. You should check your settings and, if necessary, ask a professional for advice.
