I’ve asked before but can someone tell me why the customize tool is so important on the US platform I ask because when I type my design on the UK site it’s top of the page but when I type the same search on the US site it doesn’t appear but the designs that do have the customize tool switched on, if I could make loads of money letting someone take a bit then happy days, thanks.

we have 2 platforms - one Eu platform for all EU marketplaces like UK, Germany, France…
and one NA platform for US, Canada & Australia.
If you also want to offer your designs on the NA-platform you will need an account on the NA platform as well. You cant publish your UK-designs in US as the two platforms arent connected.
