Hi, I’ve looked at everything that’s been advised and tried to follow all of the required steps but nothing is working to allow my file to be uploaded and the error also doesn’t tell me particularly what is wrong. Can someone please take a look at my file and help me?

Where exactly are you trying to upload a file for Embroidery? You can currently only do this as a customer via our website, not as a Partner in your partnerarea.
Or is it generally about uploading a vector file in your artnerarea?
It is not yet possible for partners to sell embroidery designs.
