Maybe I am not looking right, but it seems to me that some products are not available to select in my Spreadshop. They are available on the Spreadshirt website though, for visitors to design their own product. Is there a reason for that? It concerns some very good products, like the baseball cap which is much better than the trucker cap. Here are some examples: (not sure about the hoodie though, can’t see the front in my Spreadshop)
Anyone? Please?

Sorry, you need a vector graphic for the hat and the cap to show up.
The sweater should be in your product range regardless of a pixel or vector graphic.
Thank you Lena. I usually upload .PNG, but this time I tried .AI. However still no baseballcap and the other had showing up.

We ondersteunen de bestandsformaten SVG, AI en CDR.
Je design mag maximaal 38 x 38 cm groot zijn. Als optimale grootte adviseren we 28 x 28 cm.
Lijnen en andere delen van de afbeelding moeten een diameter van minimaal 1,5 mm hebben.
Maximaal 3 kleuren: Bij de plotdruk kunnen we maximaal drie kleuren drukken.
Maak iedere kleur in je design als aparte laag op.
Alle objecten en teksten moeten worden omgezet in paden.
Let erop dat alle curves volledig zijn gesloten en elkaar niet overlappen.
