How can you mix fonts on a T-shirt design, italicise words and so on.

what do you mean by mixing fonts on a design? Do you have an example? Basically, there are no real limits to your creativity. The most important thing is that your design doesn´t violate our standards. first of all: do you ask from a customer perspective or do you ask from a designer perspective who wants to sell designs?
If you are a customer you just add as much textfield as you like and you can mix up different fonts and sizes.
If you are a designer and you want to upload designs for selling them, then your designs have to be finished with all textelements. There is no feature to add text after you uploaded your designs.
