Newly uploaded designs aren't showing in design tool

Normally you upload a design then go to the design tool and you can create a product. However, currently that’s not happening. The newly uploaded designs do NOT show up in the tool as available. I know you get into tool and go to “My designs” but the new ones aren’t there at all.
