The photo is 6720 x 4480 and 300 ppp.
How could I solve this problem?

I think Fotos are not allowed, possibly the square background is also a problem.
But you will get answers from more experienced users for sure.

If you want to create a pillow with a picture as a customer you can use our “create your own” section: https://www.spreadshirt.es/disenar-uno-mismo
From a designer perspective you can not use a photo for products on the marketplace. You can find more informations here:
