Selling in USA from Europe

Hi there!
We are about to open an Spreadshop from Spain. I checked the shipping costs on the help section and it seems to me that if someone in the US buy an item from our shop, the item is sent from here.
If this is true, shipping costs for US custumers are really high and our shop items will be less atractive to them.

If I am right about this:

Is there any possible solution?

  1. Is there a way to ship items for US customers from the US even if they buy in our shop created in spreadshirt.es?
  2. Or, if that wasn´t possible, can we open a shop in spreadshirt.es for the european customers and another shop in spreadshirt.com for US customers?
  3. And, if we open a shop in spreadshirt.com, do we need a US Tax ID?

No, it will still be shipped from our European production facilities.

Of course, this is the preferred solution. Plus, you can easily link your Shops in your shop admin in your advanced settings

When an American customer then comes to your European Shop he/she is automatically forwarded to your American Shop.

You will just need your local Tax Identification Number.
